Please note the base salary will be determined by the successful candidate's education, skills and experience. The listed salary range serves as a general pay guideline for this position's pay level. Human Resources Coordinator - Recent Graduate Location: Hybrid in Kingston or Toronto (York Mills) The total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $56,710-$85,600. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only. The actual base salary offered within this range will be determined by the successful candidate’s skills and experience, as well as internal equity. Empire life is looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team as a part of our Human Resources New Graduate Rotational Program! We are actively seeking candidates to fill a current, open position. Embark on a dynamic 24-36 month HR journey, diving into hands-on roles across key areas such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Management, Organizational Development and Compensation. In this program, you'll take on actual HR roles within our teams, directly contributing to our strategic objectives and adding value through each rotation. What you’ll be working on Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in the development, implementation, and administration of Human Resources programs, initiatives, and services. Support initiatives by conducting research, due-diligence, and analyzing trends and data. Prepare and distribute documentation and communications in support of various HR processes. Leverage technology and various systems to access and update data Develop and maintain strong relationships with teams, key stakeholders and partners. Participate in professional development and networking opportunities, both internally and externally, to increase knowledge and understanding of key HR trends and tools. You’re currently pursuing your post-secondary education in a relevant field (eg. business administration, human resources) and have demonstrated academic excellence. You enjoy working with others. You value collaboration and enjoy engaging with others, playing a significant role in group settings and team-oriented projects. You have applicable experience demonstrated through completed course-work, project experience, co-op’s/internships, extra-curricular involvement and your own favorite hobbies. You're a go-getter. You bring innovative ideas to all areas of your life, and like to challenge yourself to learn and elevate things around you. You are flexible while maintaining a methodical approach and a keen eye for detail, demonstrating the agility needed to navigate and clarify complex or evolving assignments. You are an active listener, excellent communicator and are able to learn quickly and pivot to new ideas when necessary. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
