Are you an HR professional looking for a hands-on, diverse HR role where you can make a real impact? We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, Central Region, this role will partner with operations and provide HR support across 3 GTA facilities. What you’ll be doing: Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration in partnership with Talent Acquisition Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation Support employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution Lead local employee engagement initiatives and coordinate the engagement committee Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits administration Support HR reporting, workforce metrics, audits, and compliance Coordinate training and employee development initiatives Support Health & Safety programs, JHSC activities, WSIB claims, accommodations, and return-to-work programs Act as a key liaison with Payroll for employee changes and payroll-related inquiries Participate in HR projects and initiatives across the organization What we’re looking for: 2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field CHRP designation or working toward it is an asset Manufacturing experience is an asset Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Hands-on, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels Why join us?
