Détails du poste
HRIS Analyst | Full-Time | Greater Hamilton Area Project XIII Staffing has partnered with a well-established manufacturer in the Greater Hamilton Area (Burlington) to fill a newly prioritized HRIS Analyst role. Our client is investing heavily in its HR technology stack and is looking for someone who can own that transformation from the ground up. If you're the type of HR technology professional who gets energized by clean data, smart automation, and dashboards that actually change how leaders make decisions, this could be a great fit. The Role You'll be the go-to expert for the organization's HRIS platform (Dayforce), owning everything from day-to-day system administration to larger implementation projects. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, you'll keep the system running smoothly, build out new functionality as the company grows, and turn workforce data into insights leadership can actually use. Responsibilities Own day-to-day administration of the HRIS platform — org structures, position management, security roles, workflows, and employee data. Be the first point of contact for system troubleshooting and end-user support across HR, managers, and employees. Help roll out new platform modules over time (think Performance Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment & Onboarding). Work directly with outside consultants and vendors to configure, test, and launch system upgrades. Build out implementation plans, testing scripts, and documentation for new projects. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and recruitment activity. Spot opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve data accuracy across systems. Run regular audits to keep HR data clean, secure, and compliant. Manage the relationship with system vendors and consultants, keeping projects on track. Create training materials and lead system training sessions for HR, managers, payroll, and staff. Help ensure HR systems stay aligned with employment legislation and privacy requirements. What You Bring A degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field — CHRP is a nice-to-have, not a must. 5+ years in an HRIS role, ideally with hands-on Dayforce experience. Background supporting system implementations, upgrades, or major configuration projects. Comfort building dashboards and reporting — strong Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query) are a plus. Experience managing vendor and consultant relationships. A solid grasp of core HR processes: payroll, benefits, talent management, workforce planning. Sharp analytical skills and a genuine interest in continuous improvement. The ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience without losing anyone. Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball. What's In It for You A stable, established manufacturer based in the Greater Hamilton Area. A role with real ownership — you'll shape how HR technology evolves here, not just maintain what already exists. A full benefits package, including RRSP/Pension, Dental, Medical, and Vision Care. Long-term career growth as the organization continues to scale. Interested? Reach out to a member of the Project XIII Staffing team to learn more or apply.
