The Role; As a hands on, billing Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing a selection of warm clients while winning new clients through business development / thought leadership / events. You will have full responsibility for managing the existing team including appraisals, team meetings and hiring strategy. Lead and expand the Payroll Recruitment divisions in Toronto by managing a team and executing hiring strategies. Responsible for maintaining warm client relationships and winning new business through proactive development and thought leadership.

Must be a successful 360 Recruiter and Manager with a lead-from-the-front mentality. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management is required.
