Provide human resources advice and services to managers and employees, with a particular focus on labor and employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and collective agreement interpretation. Manage recruitment, compensation reviews, performance and talent development processes, leave and disability coordination, workforce planning, and related HR projects.

Coordinate and support student recruitment events, campus visits, information sessions, open houses, and outreach activities, while representing the Faculty and providing prospective students and families with information about programs, admissions, and campus life. Respond to inquiries, maintain recruitment materials and databases, coordinate student ambassadors and guides, compile event and recruitment data, and support related administrative and financial processes.
