Our Client, a growing manufacturer of engineered products, is seeking an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner to provide leadership in one its local production facilities. Our Client's success has been supported by acquisitions that have added products and production capacity to its current group of production sites. Their production facility in Palmerston, Ontario requires the talents of an experienced HRBP who can independently support a workforce of roughly 100 employees. The HRBP will support the Plant Manager in all matters relating to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Planning & Evaluation, Group Benefits Administration, Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives. The HRBP will tailor corporate policies and procedures to fit the plant's needs, calling on head office resources when required. Our ideal candidate brings a stable career of broad Human Resources experiences in manufacturing industries, enough to be independent and provide sound counsel to the Plant Manager. It is essential that the HRBP be an open communicator, active and visible to all employees demonstrate a servant leadership style and make sound decisions based on analysis. Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $65 000 - $75 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply.
