The Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting talent acquisition, development, and retention across Canadian manufacturing sites. They are responsible for implementing HR initiatives that foster a culture of performance, engagement, and inclusion while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and possess at least 5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in both French and English is required, along with strong coaching, communication, and change management skills.
