They will also act as a brand ambassador, maintain candidate databases in the ATS, and participate in hiring events to attract top talent. Candidates must have at least three years of professional recruitment experience, including high-volume and unionized environment expertise. Proficiency in ATS platforms, strong communication skills in both official languages, and the ability to work in a hybrid capacity are essential.
