Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience, education, skills and qualifications. Ontario Region Pay Range Information: The expected base salary range for this position is $21.88 to $27.03. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience, education, skills and qualifications. Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment, the Recruitment Student will play a key role in the administration and coordination of day-to-day Recruitment processes and activities. Recruitment Support Screen Resumes Administer Assessments Conduct Candidate Pre-screens & Schedule Interviews Update Applicant Tracking System and Daily Management Sheet Administer Background and Reference Checks Reporting and Data Analytics Various Admin Support Tasks Qualifications Enrollment in College or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Good academic standing required Completion of one prior internship/work term in a Human Resources or Business-related required Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of HRIS Systems; experience with Oracle tools considered an asset. Strong communication and presentation skills. Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
