Our client is seeking a Corporate Internal Talent Acquisition Partner. This TAP will fulfil a key and integral role in the organization’s innovation, transformation, and growth by providing the business with value-added recruitment and hiring activities, coaching, and being the subject matter expert for all-level hires. By establishing and managing strong relationships with key hiring managers and stakeholders, you will own, promote, and contribute to processes, hiring strategies, interview design and planning, candidate experience, selection, and offer negotiation. Responsibilities: Take full ownership of and proactively manage the hiring plans for your business lines Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and People Partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans Partner with BGs to understand internal talents & pipelining Constantly seek opportunities to improve hiring experience for all stakeholders Drive proactive Internal Mobility across business units Be a Career Advisor – provide better feedback to employees post interview to support learning & development Coach, direct and challenge employees to support future career ambitions. Act as the subject matter expert on compensation, recruiting markets, competitive trends, and other relevant areas Deliver the best candidate experience by developing a sell strategy and techniques that attract top-tier talent This role is hybrid in Kanata, onsite 3 days/week. Desired Experience: At least 5 years' full life cycle recruiting experience supporting hiring in the US and Canada is required. Experience also recruiting for LAT is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment Proactive sourcing background utilizing multiple avenues to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow as well as pipeline for upcoming searches Experience recruiting for IT and/or Telecommunications industries Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and work independently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity It would be nice if you also have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Coaching and mentoring experience Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
