This is a maternity leave coverage role for approximately 3 months. What you'll do: Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for our client, managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles. Manage multiple open requisitions, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for diverse roles across the business. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, fostering collaboration. Continuously apply best practices to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Contribute to achieving KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leaders to support innovative talent strategies. You'll bring: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support, preferably in a fast paced environment. Bilingual, fluent in English and French, both spoken and written. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset. Enthusiasm for learning and supporting a dynamic, multicultural team. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work remotely with flexibility to support regional needs.
