We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across Canada. What You'll Do ✅ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance ✅ Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and multiple requisitions simultaneously ✅ Conduct resume reviews, candidate screening, and virtual interviews ✅ Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions ✅ Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs ✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and provide recruitment insights ✅ Coordinate interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience ✅ Utilize Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered recruiting tools ✅ Maintain recruitment compliance, process integrity, and accurate candidate records What We're Looking For ✔ Full-cycle recruitment experience within Professional Services, Financial Services, Banking, or Corporate environments ✔ Strong knowledge of the Canadian talent market, including Quebec ✔ Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a high-volume recruitment environment ✔ Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills ✔ Experience with Workday and modern recruiting technologies ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ✔ Fluent in both English and French Why Apply? 🌟 Work with a leading organization 🌟 Competitive hourly rate 🌟 Opportunity to manage impactful hiring initiatives 🌟 Collaborative and supportive team environment 🌟 Exposure to enterprise-level recruitment strategies 📩 Interested?
