Recruitment Analyst Location: Toronto, ON Onsite Flexibility: Onsite — 4 days on-site Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension based on performance and business needs) Pay Rate: C$35.00–C$40.00 / Hour (CAD) Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Travel Requirements: Not required Job Summary This organization is standing up a Global Delivery Hub and requires capacity to manage demand files and onboarding for each respective vendor. This position is mainly administrative, but accuracy of data is key. There is a need to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders. There is high volume at times, so the ability to manage and prioritize is important. Previous recruitment experience is required to deal with resumes, including end-to-end process to review candidates up until onboarding completion. Key Responsibilities Manage demand file and onboarding processes for each respective vendor as part of a global delivery initiative Perform data entry, maintenance, and accurate record-keeping Manage external vendors, including onboarding responsibility and follow-up capabilities Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders Manage and prioritize high-volume workloads Review candidates end to end through the process up until onboarding completion Participate in approximately 2 hours of meetings per day Interact with both internal and external contacts Required Skills IT recruitment background: 2–4 years Strong administrative background: 2–4 years Proficiency in Microsoft 365 — Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong organizational skills Positive attitude; able to accept day-to-day responsibilities and be flexible with tasks assigned Good communication skills, team player, positive attitude, and logical thinking Resume screening: 4 years of experience Education Requirements Post-secondary education required No certifications required Required Experience 2–4 years of related experience overall 2–4 years of IT recruitment background 2–4 years of strong administrative experience Preferred/ideal candidate background: Technical recruitment experience including resume review and onboarding; not a senior-level candidate but with a proven track record on the process flow; ability to review skills from resumes and match them to job requirements; assertive attitude and confident approach Work Environment / Physical Requirements Training period: 3 weeks Onsite — 4 days on-site per week No overtime No rotation Important Notes Interview process: One-round panel discussion; in-person interview, 30–45 minutes Conversion possible: Yes, based on performance and business needs About the Client This client is one of North America's largest financial institutions — the sixth-largest bank on the continent by branches — serving approximately 22 million customers across Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
