You'll work closely with HR professionals, employees and leaders, contributing to processes that support the employee experience from hire to departure. You'll be part of the team that delivers HR services and support across the organization. Working alongside HR Partners and other HR team members, you'll help ensure employees and leaders receive accurate, timely and professional support while learning how HR programs and processes contribute to organizational success. What you'll do Support HR processes and activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding Work closely with HR Partners and other HR team members to provide administrative and operational support Respond to employee and leader inquiries and help connect them with the appropriate HR resources and information Assist with maintaining employee records, documentation and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Support HR projects, reporting and process improvement initiatives Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence and assist with the administration of HR programs and activities Contribute to a positive employee experience through excellent customer service and timely support Assist with workforce planning and talent-related activities as required What you’ll bring to the team Required qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or diploma program in business administration, commerce, human resources or a related field Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experience Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, administration, HR support or office environments through work, volunteer or academic experiences Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices or employee lifecycle processes gained through coursework or practical experience Experience working with multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset Not sure you meet every requirement?
