About the role: Reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Marketing, the Advisor, Talent Acquisition Marketing is responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies that attract and engage top talent. In this role, you will partner closely with talent acquisition, human resources, corporate communications, and external vendors to strengthen EVR’s employer brand, promote career opportunities, and create compelling content that showcases our culture, values, and employee experience. Benefits: Two Annual Bonus Plans Comprehensive Benefits Plan Retirement Package Health Lifestyle Account In this role you will: Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand current hiring needs and ensure alignment with marketing strategies Lead and execute comprehensive media campaigns for talent attraction, including developing creative strategies, conducting market research, and optimizing digital media Design, develop, and deploy digital media strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, to enhance brand awareness and achieve hiring goals Create engaging content, including writing and design, to showcase EVR’s culture, benefits and career opportunities Manage EVR’s career website and social media presence, ensuring content is up-to-date and appealing to potential candidates Collaborate with the Campus Attraction team to manage recruitment events, including job fairs and virtual events Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as job boards and media agencies Track and report on recruitment marketing KPIs, providing insights for future campaigns Support diversity strategies to build an inclusive and diverse workplace Requirements: Undergraduate degree in relevant subject area within Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of work experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and recruitment trends Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills Experience with recruitment technologies, ATS, CRM and analytics tools is preferred Salary range: 85,000 - 100,200 CAD/year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
