Résumé du poste
Department: People & Culture At Cactus Club Cafe, we love what we do, and we love the people we do it with. As one of the most innovative restaurant concepts in Canada, we are continuously celebrated as one of the country’s best places to work. We firmly believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome, supported and valued. Today, these restaurants are a national brand, and are experiencing the fastest growth in its history. From sourcing through to the entire employee experience, our People & Culture Team conducts all recruitment activities to attract top talent, supports the full cycle employment journey from training + development, compensation + benefits, health + safety, reward + recognition and career progression, while also supporting an inclusive and respectful environment on all workplace matters. YOU ARE: Well-Connected. You've spent time in hospitality, restaurants, or a related industry — and you've built real relationships along the way. A Natural Connector. You know how to read a room, ask the right questions, and position yourself as a trusted advisor rather than just a recruiter. Creatively Driven. You don't default to the same sourcing playbook. You think outside the job board and find candidates others miss. Detail-Oriented and Organized. You manage multiple roles and relationships without dropping the ball — and you hold yourself to a high standard on follow-through. Industry-Curious. You stay close to market trends, employment landscape shifts, and what's happening in hospitality and beyond. Comfortable with Ambiguity. You don't need everything figured out to move forward. You move forward confidently without needing a complete roadmap. You naturally take initiative, ask insightful questions, and adapt quickly. Service-Oriented. You take pride in creating a seamless candidate experience while maintaining an organized and efficient recruitment process. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Building and maintaining strong relationships with GM and Chef-level Operations partners, acting as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategy, interview best practices, and hiring priorities. Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies that reach diverse candidate pools — going beyond job boards to build real pipelines. Leveraging your existing industry network to source passive candidates and build pipelines before roles are even open. Delivering a world-class candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first contact to offer. Supporting store-level Ops leaders with guidance on hourly hiring, interview training, and local sourcing tactics. Building brand presence by organizing and attending career fairs, creating content, and promoting Cactus as an employer of choice in every market. Generating reports on sourcing effectiveness and sharing relevant market trends with stakeholders to inform smarter hiring decisions. Contributing actively to TA and P&C initiatives and projects that move the team and organization forward. Using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms to stay organized, build talent pipelines, and create an efficient hiring process WE WILL: Give you the ultimate Cactus discount, 50% off food + drinks, hungry yet? Focus on your training and development, we’re believers in lifelong learning Foster a fun culture that makes coming to work genuinely enjoyable Provide compensation between $65,000 to $80,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications Offer a competitive benefits package and wellness spending account Continuously on the grow, Cactus Club Cafe is one of the most successful concepts in Canada and our expansion will continue. We are always looking for talented and inspiring individuals to join our team. Applications are accepted from all individuals. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in every aspect of the selection process. Please note that due to the high volume of applicants, we will only reach out if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.
