Are you an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Join our team! HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR - Oakbank As Human Resources Supervisor, you will act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across our Manitoba operations. You will provide day-to-day HR support while working closely with the corporate HR team on broader initiatives and priorities. This role requires sound judgment, autonomy and the ability to adapt quickly. You will need to understand the operational reality, identify priorities and provide practical HR solutions that balance the needs of employees, managers and the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the full recruitment and staffing process, from workforce planning through onboarding; Support managers in addressing employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance, workplace conflicts, investigations and other sensitive situations; Coach and challenge managers when appropriate to ensure consistent and sound people-management practices; Handle difficult or sensitive conversations with employees while maintaining professionalism, empathy and appropriate boundaries; Apply and communicate company policies, procedures and employment standards; Identify HR risks and escalate matters to the corporate HR team when appropriate; Work closely with the corporate HR team to implement and maintain HR programs, policies and processes; Support employee engagement and quality-of-life initiatives, including the administration of employee surveys; Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records; Travel between Manitoba sites as required; Take on other HR projects and responsibilities as requireds. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in administration, human resources profile or other equivalent training; Have 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR Business partner role; Have experience working directly with managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters; Is organized and can prioritize effectively when several issues require your attention at the same time; Is practical, solutions-oriented and able to adapt to different situations; Have strong communication and interpersonal skills; Bilingualism in English and French (an asset).
