Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Hunted International is expanding across North America and is looking to hire an experienced 360 recruiter to join the business in Canada. This position is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, managing recruitment processes, and wants the opportunity to progress into leadership as the company grows. We are looking for an ambitious recruiter who wants more than just another desk. This is an opportunity to help build a growing business, develop a market, and play a key role in the long-term growth of the Canada operation. About the Role You will work closely with leadership across the business while managing your own client portfolio and recruitment processes across Canada and North America. The role will involve a combination of recruitment delivery, business development, client management, and team leadership responsibilities. This opportunity would suit: A Senior Consultant looking to step into full autonomy of their desk and more responability Someone motivated by long-term progression and leadership opportunities A recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Delivery Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement Source, screen, and interview candidates across specialist markets Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate process from start to finish Deliver consultative recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements Ensure all recruitment activity and CRM records are accurately maintained Business Development Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound activity, and market mapping Build and manage long-term client relationships Conduct client meetings virtually and in person Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements Identify opportunities for account growth and market expansion Promote Hunted International’s services and brand within the market Client Management Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy and market trends Manage multiple client accounts and recruitment projects simultaneously Maintain high service standards throughout the recruitment process Provide clients with market insights, salary guidance, and hiring intelligence Leadership & Team Management Support, mentor, and develop junior consultants Assist with building and growing the Canada team Monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure performance standards are achieved Drive accountability across business development and recruitment activity Conduct regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Lead by example through consistent performance, professionalism, and work ethic Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, systems, and overall business performance Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of agency recruitment experience Strong communication and relationship management skills Proven business development experience Commercially driven and self-motivated Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment Organised with strong time management skills Previous mentoring or leadership experience is beneficial Interested in progressing into leadership or management long term What’s on Offer Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Clear progression opportunities into leadership Flexible working environment Opportunity to help build and grow a new market International exposure working with teams across North America, South America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
