Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC Dominion Securities is seeking a dynamic Senior Transition Assistant to champion the onboarding of top-tier advisory talent in Quebec. As a pivotal member of our team, you will orchestrate seamless transitions for new advisory teams, ensuring they launch with confidence and precision. With occasional travel across Quebec’s vibrant offices, you will bridge local expertise with national collaboration, directly impacting our firm’s growth and client success. What will you do? Drive Onboarding Excellence: Lead end-to-end account openings, from document preparation to securing client signatures, with flawless execution. Master Process Coordination: Track and optimize every stage of the account setup journey, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Deliver Daily Impact: Tackle requests, generate reports, and resolve account inquiries with agility and expertise. Leverage Technology: Utilize our advanced contact management system to streamline workflows and elevate team efficiency. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Precision and Agility: Exceptional attention to detail and time management to navigate complex processes under tight deadlines. Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs. Autonomous Drive: A self-motivated, proactive mindset paired with a commitment to team success. Industry Savvy: Proven experience in securities or financial services, with a passion for administrative leadership.
